Shaver Green is subject to income restrictions.
This means that Shaver Green has restrictions for income, number of residents and student restrictions.
We currently are accepting applications for 1 and 2 bedroom units. Please contact the office for steps on applying.
How much is rent?
Our units are affordable housing units and therefore follow the federal affordability guidelines. Please view our current flyer, or visit our current listings on apartments.com. For more information, please visit our listing with Cascade Management.
Do you accept pets?
All of our units have a no-pets policy. Exceptions can be made however for documented service and companion animals.
I am a student can I live in your building?
Restrictions apply. Please reach out to the property manager for more information.
How accessible is Shaver Green?
Parking spaces are available to rent. Electric car charging is also available.
The 6-MLK JR bus stops walking distance to the building, running every 15 minutes every day.
What defines income for low income housing?
Income includes: employment income (including self and unemployment), social security, pensions, SSI or disability, child support/alimony, recurring contributions or gifts and income from assets.
This income is calculated on a per household basis and all members of the household are included in the calculation.
